The company has a rich history - it has been in existence since 1992.
It was founded as a student company. Initially, its activities focused on computer processing and statistical analysis of data in the then newly established small agricultural farms. The results of the analyses served as a basis for planning and managing production.

In the years 1995 - 1998, intensive rapprochement with the academic environment began, which was the inspiration for the focus of the company's activities in its next stage until 2006.

The main activities were:

• cooperation with academics in research,
• preparation and assistance in handling grants,
• arranging secondary work for doctoral students (professional technical analysis assignments for industrial companies),
• publishing activities in the field of IT and quality assurance,
• participation in the creation of international ISO standards,
• organizing professional seminars in cooperation with universities.

At this time, national and international contacts were developing at universities and public institutions - Czech, Slovak, Austrian, English, American, Swedish and Finnish

At the turn of the millennium, the company also began to participate in the transfer of the latest know-how from the USA in the areas of quality management, process management and improvement, statistical data analysis, etc. We focused on translations and localization of training materials, reviews of professional publications, pilot testing of new methodologies and conducting the first professional courses according to these methodologies in the Czech environment. This activity was also carried out in close cooperation with Czech universities. This was followed by services and consultations for consulting firms, for an endowment fund and activities for professional publishing houses since 2000.
